With Copilot, you log in over the Internet to access all of your cases and calendars. The automated tickler system keeps every case moving forward, generating documents (record requests, demand letters, settlement letters) and follow-ups. You close more cases, sooner, at a lower cost per case.

	INPUT WIZARD Copilot's Quick Start Wizard helps your staff keep all the case information organized: Client, Defendant, Insurance, Medical Providers, Lost Wages, Evidence, and Witnesses. You eliminate duplicate entry, as all information is available everywhere including screens, documents and reports.
	PATENTED TICKLER SYSTEM As soon as a case is entered, Copilot's automated ticklers are triggered. The tickler system automatically moves the case forward from beginning to end. For example, when you answer the tickler indicating that the client is through being treated, Copilot advances the case to the "Demand in Process" phase and automatically generates ticklers to obtain medical records from each of the providers.
	MEDICAL RECORDS Just a click is all it takes to generate medical record request letters to each provider. Copilot ticklers follow up until all records are received. Then you'll use the Demand Wizard to generate a compelling demand letter, and Copilot advances the case to the Negotiation" phase. 	NEGOTIATION When you click "Demand Complete" Copilot generates ticklers to move the case through the negotiation phase to settlement. All the information the attorney needs to successfully negotiate the best settlement is included on the negotiation report. For some attorneys, that's the first time since accepting the case that the attorney needs to spend any time.
	LITIGATION/ADR If litigation or alternative dispute resolution becomes necessary, Copilot advances the case to the litigation phase and generates all the ticklers needed to move the case through trial and settlement. All roads lead to settlement with Copilot.
	SETTLEMENT DISBURSEMENT WIZARD The Settlement Wizard automates the settlement disbursement process and eliminates costly errors. The Settlement Wizard merges the medical expenses, client expenses and subrogation/lien information, into a perfect settlement disbursement letter.
